Response time

CertBench is built and maintained by one person. I aim to respond to every message within 24 hours. If something is broken and blocking your study session, say so in the subject line and I'll prioritise it.

Reporting a bug?

To help me fix it fast, include: (1) what you were doing when it happened, (2) what you expected to happen, (3) what actually happened, and (4) a screenshot if you can. Mention which certification and browser you're using.

Found an incorrect question or answer?

This is the most important feedback you can give me. If you believe a question has the wrong correct answer or a misleading explanation, email me with the question text (or a screenshot) and your reasoning. I take accuracy seriously and will review and correct it within 24 hours.
