Frequently asked questions

How many questions are on the Network+ exam?

The N10-009 exam has a maximum of 90 questions in 90 minutes, mixing multiple-choice with performance-based questions like network topology and configuration scenarios.

What score do I need to pass Network+?

720 on a scale of 100–900. Plan to score comfortably above 80% on full-length practice exams before you book the real thing.

Should I take Network+ before Security+?

CompTIA recommends Network+ first because Security+ assumes networking fundamentals — ports, protocols, and topology questions show up constantly in security scenarios. Plenty of people go straight to Security+ though, especially with IT experience.

Are these real Network+ exam questions?

No — they're original questions mapped to the same N10-009 objectives at exam-level difficulty. Braindumps violate CompTIA policy and can void your certification.
